Terms

1. Reservations

• Reservations can be made online through OpenTable or directly by phone.

• All reservations are subject to availability.

• Tables will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes from the booked time. After this period, the reservation may be released to other guests.

• Guests are kindly requested to provide accurate contact details when booking, so that we can confirm the reservation or communicate any changes if required.

2. Parking

• Guests who dine at Sale e Pepe – Tradizione Italiana are entitled to free parking at the Portomaso Marina parking facilities, provided that a minimum spend is met during their visit.

• Proof of spend may be required to validate parking.

3. Group Bookings & Events

• For events or group bookings of 20 or more people on weekends, a deposit is required to secure the reservation.

• Deposits are generally non-refundable in the case of late cancellations or no-shows.

• Any special arrangements or set menus for groups will be agreed upon in advance.

4. Menu, Prices & Service

• Menu items and prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

• While we aim for accuracy, dishes served may vary slightly from images or descriptions displayed online or in promotional materials.

• A discretionary service charge may apply for large groups.

5. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

• Guests with food allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary requirements are requested to inform the staff before ordering.

• While every effort is made to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that dishes are completely free from allergens.

6. Liability

• Sale e Pepe – Tradizione Italiana is not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings on the premises.

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
